Struggled somewhat with proportions in this one - didn't spot some obvious errors until after inking but hey ho.

BIG BLACK CAR (S16E01)

THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN – Sam and Dean find themselves under the uncomfortable spotlight of true crime podcasting, while Jody has to deal with a high-profile murder and asks for their help tracking down a werewolf. When they head to Sioux Falls they uncover more than they bargain for, bringing to light parts of their own history as well as a mysterious support group.

I only submitted one prompt to the j2_reversebang this year and was lucky enough to have the lovely merenwen76 choose my Witchy Jared. I was delighted when she came up with an idea I hadn't thought of, and created a whole world based on the image. If you like fantasy AUs, you'll love this charming world. Merenwen has given us the cutest magic potion as an antidote to this topsy turvy real life we're living.

Summary: Lonely janitor Jared Padalecki works at a top secret research facility where he forms a unique relationship with a mysterious amphibious creature that is being held in captivity against his will.
Notes: I originally imagined Jared as the creature, and Jensen as the janitor, but my concept consultants changed my mind. The title is from Juliet's speech to Romeo.

Day one combines three prompts from my four lists!

Originally I'd thought about having Dean being the one hidden in the tangled yarn, but when I was looking for references, I decided Dean's surprised face beat Sam's, so Sam became the one whumped by Clotho.

So this is my own SPNtober prompt hide (which became hidden), yarn from the lovely Drawesome com's Drawtober list, and restrained from Whumptober.

I love me a sci fi AU, and this is a very cool SPN one! It was a great pleasure to work with ghoulsnhalos on this. Story link HERE!

I'm taking a break from painting my two elephants this weekend and trying some watercolour painting. Neither of the two pieces have turned out how I imagined, but I'm not unhappy with them all the same. I really need to keep reminding myself I'm a proper novice and need to practice, practice, practice before I'll be able to produce the kind of work that I'm getting excited about watching Youtube tutorials.

Yesterday it was a Sam day. I thought this could be Boy King Sam, but also, it could be Witcher Sam too...

herminekurotowa made me a fabulous Supernatural dress, and refused to let me pay her for her mad seamstress skills. So I said I'd have to make her something instead.
