The art was somewhat thrown together, my first all-digital piece for a long time because I was in a rush, but I was happy enough with it. For once I don't have much to say about this - I was experimenting with Procreate on my iPad, and really liked how this digital paint turned out. I liked the messiness and dynamism, and that the colouring was rather different from my usual. I thought it might be a cool prompt for a story, and sure enough, mina has done me proud!

It's only 3 years late... but finally here's the art I promised you way back in the dark ages. This is a scene from your exciting adventure story, The Battle of the Nations, my dear dean_hugs_sammy xxx!

Branching out into a few more Marvel-related challenges! Winterhawk isn't a pairing I'd have thought of, but I'd done a picture in my Sketchbooking class that seemed to fit, so...why not!
I was lucky and the lovely Sharkie felt inspired to write a LadyHawke-ish take on Bucky and Clint.

Title: Lumps of Pudding

Summary: There's a old British folk tune called Lumps of Pudding, which is a jig that was popular in the late 18th/early 19th centuries. Some time in the 1790s H.W Bunbury drew a long comic-style strip of people dancing the Lumps of Pudding jig, and I've done my own version. This is just an extract because I've submitted a lot more dancing people as my design for a giant snail for a sculpture trail in Brighton, and we aren't allowed to share the complete designs yet.
Content Notes: Submitted for the Body Type Diversity challenge on drawesome because these folks might all be white but they are diverse! LOL

I thought I'd have a go at digital painting again, very experimental. I wish I could do something more brushstrokey and loose. Maybe I'll get there if I practice more.

Anyhow here's the start of a Sam portrait. Or Jared. But probably Sam.

Sadly I also signed up for too many things all at once, so all I managed for this was one scene. smalltroven deserved more, sorry me dear.
