What a great concert! If you get the chance, go see this guy live: if anything the sound is even better live than on his studio recordings. But bloody hell, Brixton. I was fucking ashamed of that crowd. We were on the balcony and 99% of the people down in the mosh pit were talking LOUDLY right the way through the whole concert. So FUCKING RUDE! It's totally beyond me. why do people pay for tickets to go to gigs that they clearly have no interest in?
Anyhow, block out the constant chatter and just listen to that vocal on this chap's recording from last night.

Urgh, I hate when that happens at a concert (fortunately that‘s never happened when I was performing, but that could be because the crowd at classical concerts is pretty different).. Talk about second hand embarrassment. Unfortunately the link to the music doesn‘t work. I‘d be interested to hear this musician.

That's very different to our experience at the Newton Faulkner gig on Wednesday, it was so quiet when he was singing, you could've heard a pin drop! Unless he asked us to singalong or clap out a beat. I really don't understand why people pay to see a concert if all they want to do is talk to their mates, it's so annoying. I'm pleased you enjoyed it despite that, he has an amazing voice. The last time I was at Brixton Academy was to see The Alarm many years ago - I also saw UB40 there!
