References- I used a screen cap of Sam when he'd been shot by Roy and Walt, and one of Mary where she was hugging Dean in Dark Side of the Moon. For the post I used this statue.
I don't recognise the sculptor, I found the photo on deviantart. Edited to say,stripysockette was correct, this is the Passion of Christ (which could make this Veronica I think, not Mary) from outside Notre Dame de la Garde, Marseilles.
