madebyme_x, because they are always so nice.
Then these happened and I don't know what they are or why I thought trying this was a good idea, but um. Happy Birthday anyway. LOL

I have just randomly accepted a friend's offer of a 2nd row ticket to Tom Hiddleston's premier of High Rise - Meep! I've never been to a movie premier before and am now panicking about what to wear. Plus I'd just booked my train tickets to go see my Mum the day before this premier so now have to travel up to hers, then the next day travel down to London, and stay overnight... Um, what am I doing!? Just to see the back of Hiddleston's head...
Does anyone know how these shenanigans work? Do the plebs with tickets have to arrive earlier and walk the red carpet? Are we allowed to take cameras and hang around like paparazzi? Can I wear my Keens?

Yup, once again I am set to prove I have no will power, and that my urge to be one of the in-crowd is stronger than my common sense.

Have I ever mentioned before that I have lemming-like tendencies? Because I can resist anything but temptation, and the temptation to follow much more talented artists over the edge of a cliff is irresistible...
So following in the footsteps of
siennavie, 
quickreaver and chomaisky - I'm setting set a deadline of two hours per piece. Prompt me with characters from Supernatural or Lord of the Rings plus the colours you fancy seeing me mess about with, and I will attempt something. Who knows what it will look like?
For this round I will limit this to the first five prompts and I will get these done as soon as I can, other work permitting! I might open it up again if I don't suck too much.

Feb. 4th, 2014 05:50 pmI've come to two conclusions today. Firstly, if you want to get lots of readers (and comments) on fics, write Destiel in any form. That's where the folk are at.
Second - cute gets more love than not cute.
So that's by the by, just observations after reading some fic and responding to some comments on my latest stuff. So. I'm feeling like, even though I know I should be doing something else, I want to draw, so I was wondering if anyone has any requests? Can't guarantee I'll be able to fill 'em, but if you don't ask, you don't get, right?
I'll reserve the right to pick a couple based on what I think I can deliver, so please don't shoot me if I don't pick you...
It might end up pencil or digital or a mixture of both - if you actually have a preference for the media, just add it to your request.
OK! Edited to say - thanks y'all! I've got loads of lovely ideas to think about now, and I'll let you know what comes out of it... but I'm definitely on a promise to provide something Kane-related for the lovely
