Update on Ugh

The boy is up and taking the afternoon off work - we think it might have been a touch of sun/heat stroke. No more vomitting, and he seems pretty ok now, though he has no recollection of passing out.

Phew.

That's good news. I've had heatstroke before and it does make you sick. I think the change in temp today might've claimed a few victims.

I guess running even early in the day must have been too warm - and he might have been dehydrated too.
