Birthday thank yous!

Time flies when you get old. That's my excuse for not posting this earlier in the week, anyway. So a big thank you for all the lovely birthday messages tyrsibs, meus_venator, stripytights, zara_zee, chellexxx, kazluvsbooks, finchandsparrow, kalliel, fanspired, jdl71, tsuki_no_bara, v-gifts (de_nugis ❤️), my Saloon friends, and to my Huntergirls who made me a photobook full of pics of our exploits at cons and elsewhere, and heartwarming messages.
This was my card from my brother-in-law - fecking genius!

We had planned to go to Nantes to check out the amazing Les Machines des L'ile, but that will have to wait until another time - maybe next year.

Had not heard of Les machines de l'île before, but now that I know of its existence, I definitely want to see those magnificent beasts one day (whenever we can travel freely again)!

Tony's card made me laugh so hard, while the book brought a tear to my eye - four pages of lovely messages and the rest was fun photos. My fandom friends (you included) are the best!
