Pitt pens mostly and very very mindless doodling. :D

Day 3 Official Inktober prompt Bait



Indian ink, UniPin fineliner, Derwent graphik Blood.

Day 4 Official Inktober prompt Freeze combined with Mabsdrawlloween Candelabra.




Liquitex acrylic ink, with some ball point pen and white posca to try and retrieve it from a massive smear I managed to make right across the dam picture. I'm so clumsy!

Oh wow! Those are all wonderful but I especially love the "Freeze Candelabra" one - I would never have thought of combining those two words, but somehow you make it work. And I love the blue effects in the background! (And if that ink pen on your photo is a "Pentel GFKP Japan" I have the same one. Haven't produced anything good with it, though.)

Yes! I think that's what that pen is called - I love it but can't really say I've mastered it yet! On that drawing I only used it to fill in the black circle.

And thanks very much! Glad you liked the last one, the idea sprang into my head the minute I read the two prompts together. Guess I'm just a sick puppy! LOL

The tip of that pen is too soft for me, I can't really control it. Which is incredibly frustrating - I can see it's an awesome product (the ink is very good, too), I can imagine how in the hands of some artists it's going to be a wonderful tool... Just not in mine.

Yeah you have to have a very light touch with it, I really need to practice with it because I tend to want to apply too much pressure and that loses the lovely way you can get thick and thin lines... Damn. Now I'm thinking I should use it for today's prompt. Or tomorrow's.

Hey, why not? :D If you think you can do a whole picture with it... I mean, there's no reason not to, right? Just choose something to draw that needs very dynamic lines, and it will be perfect! :D

Thank you! I really did just do the doodle without thinking at all, and was thinking about filling it all in but kind of liked it unfinished.

Such a cool concept with the last one! And so well executed too, especially the icy effect of the legs in the frozen block.
