Thanks for the link, they have all my photos that I cannot get unless I pay, which I refuse so I will gladly fill this in. They actually gave me ONE day to download all my photos which was not possible as I was working and even if I wasn't that wasn't anywhere enough time.

The way they have behaved has been despicable, IMO. I want nothing to do with them and am glad they were never my main photo storage option. I can't believe you aren't able to download your pictures! Have you tried again recently?

Thanks for the link. I filled it out, but I'm unsure this will amount to anything.
Oh, I did love the question if I would recommend PB to anyone. NO!!!!!

Sucks that I can't even download my albums off the site. The only way is individual images, which would take forever.
I've heard that if you use their phone app you can still download albums, but I'm reluctant to go through all that trouble (not to mention using up data on my phone to do it).
