Creativity overload

I've finally started sketching out my references for the photo ops in Rome this year, and have also started painting my gift for Jared, though I haven't yet decided whether I'm going to give it to him in Birmingham or in Rome. It's a dilemma.

Then today I heard I am getting a giant bee to paint! Mind you, after the giraffe the bee is not that large - only 1.5m tall, a bit over 1.5m long and 85cm wide. I should be able to get him into our front room to paint, much to Paul's delight. LOL

So here are my ideas for my Alex and Jensen photo ops

Remember Jensen denying that he was a cheerleader? He told Misha he was 'cheerleader adjacent' so I'm recycling John Barrymore's pom poms for a good cause...


And the painting (fecking acrylics, what am I thinking!!) showing Jared with his younger self. It's going to have some more characters either side and hopefully some lettering about being your own hero. That's the idea, anyhow.

WOW! Woman you are a constant marvel, and sauce of jealousy, lol. The bee design is EXCELLENT. I lol'd and smiled so hard when I saw it, congrats on getting it, btw, knew you would :D

Jared's gift is gorgeous, but really, acrylic? Do you hate yourself in some way? LOL! I bet it will look stunning when it's all finished :) I'd say Rome, Rome is his fave con destination, isn't it? And they're all always so chill and happy to be there, he's more likely to implode with happy if you hand it to him in Rome :)

Cheerleader adjacent?! LOL! Excellent :D Love Alex' op idea too. You're on fire this week hun :D

JIB are also really good about boxing up all the gifts and sending them back to the US for the guests too - I don't think Creation do that. my main problem will be how to transport it though!

Bee-sy rider is just genius - I love it!!! :D

And you know how I feel about that painting *heart-eyes* (maybe like you said you should give it to him in Birmingham so you have less to cart around?!) But maybe it'll be last minute decision.
