A view of fanfic by the BBC!

On BBC World Service - a look at the phenomenon of fanfiction.
This is only 17 minutes long, so I think it misses a lot of the subtlety of fanfic, and (oh sacrelige!) there is no mention of SPN! But it is interesting, nonetheless. Oh and one of SPN's best ff writers does get a mention, albeit for a Harry Potter fic - i.e Astolat.

It's a radio programme - it leaves a lot out and makes the usual assumption that it's all written by women, but generally it's reasonable.
