I know I haven't done days 1 -7 but I thought I'd hop in anyway.  Why not.
Day 8 - Least Favourite Character

There are episodes when I rewatch I fast forward over big chunks for various reasons, and I admit, anything featuring the Ghostfacers falls into that category.  While I normally love comedic elements in the show, for some reason, I really can't be doing with those frigging Ghostfacers.  Those episodes just felt like place holders, fillers, and in seasons where I've rewatched most episodes multiple times, those either get left or I'll be skipping big chunks in order to get to the relevant parts of the story.  Also I think I haven't got over the resentment of having a whole episode in the shortened Season 3 wasted faffing around with their story when Dean's clock was ticking and Sam was disintegrating slowly.  That was even worse than the time wasted on those annoying kids in Bitten last season.

So, yeah.  I think they get the prize for my least fave characters, even over Becky (who I did have a soft spot for until Time for a Wedding).  It's a fairly shallow answer, just looking at it from the point of view of surface enjoyment, rather than impact on the big picture.  If I was looking at the big picture, then maybe I'd go for someone different.  If they'd asked which character was the most disappointing for instance, then I'd probably say Michael...

I actually like the Ghostfacers because they give me giggles, but I can definitely relate to wanting more Season 3 and holding hijacking an episode of that against them.

Becky was cute until Time for a Wedding, but Michael? I'm still not sure what happened there.

I know I'm a bit of a freak not liking the Facers - I thought they were reasonably amusing in Hell House and should have been left there. Measured on the rewatch-ometer, they are close to the bottom!

Yeah Michael. All that potential wasted...

No, not at all. I've seen a lot of folks answer this one with the Ghostfacers. They annoy a lot of people. I just enjoy them because I was in a paranormal investigation group for a couple years - thankfully a science-based one with less running and screaming, but sadly no Winchesters ever showed up ;)

Indeed! I was with the AGHOST group until I moved away from the city. People called when they were having experiences in their homes and we'd do investigations. We also did a lot of cemetery and other reportedly haunted local stakeouts just for fun along with research-oriented actives. It was actually very awesome, which is why the Ghostfacers make me all warm and fuzzy.

Mmm I wonder if we've had a question about paranormal experiences in 60 Days... I'll have to ask our question compiler!

Oh I am with you on the Ghostfacers! I can't stand their episodes and never re-watch them. I tried once with the intention of fast forwarding to the Dean and Sam bits, but even that wasn't enough to get me through. I always thought I was the only person who didn't like them as everyone else seemed to find them highly amusing - it's nice to know I'm not alone!
