SPN Episode insta reaction - Spoilers

Ah man. How fucking ALONE those boys are. 

Without any in depth thinking, just an instant reaction from that ending there in Rufus' cabin, my heart bleeds for them.  I have sympathy for Benny and Amelia, but my tears?  Those were for the Winchesters.

An aside, and something I need to have a closer look at next time round - the use of colour in this one was noticeable, all those orange/red glowing lights against the blue/black darks.

I was so damn sad after this one - but it was good. It had me gripped and not bored or feeling meh!

The colors in the warehouse were indeed awesome. Especially since blue and orange is one of my favorite color combos ;)

Oh, but poor boys. That's one of the things I love about the Winchesters from a character exploration standpoint, though - that isolation from the rest of the world yet how hard they keep fighting for it.

And the weariness of it too... Yes the warehouse especially was very pretty, but I noticed they were doing the red/orange lights in the background elsewhere too.

They do indeed seem quite weary (and how could they not be?), but it looks like they're going to get to have some fun next week.

As far as the orange being elsewhere, I'm definitely going to have to re-watch the episode - yesterday was such a busy day I think I was still decompressing while the show was on, but I really love the warmth of orange lights.
