Snowflake challenge

A day behind so here's Day 1 and Day 2 combined
Day 1 - In your own space, talk about why you are doing the Fandom Snowflake Challenge?
Simples. I'm a lemming for challenges! Show me a challenge cliff and I'm most likely jump off it... A couple of LJ friends were enthusing about this one, and when I had a quick look it didn't appear too onerous. So here I am, testing the snow.
Day 2 - In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts.
Mmmm. Just after Christmas, isn't it a little bit rude to be asking for more presents? LOL. Ok, this is quite hard, but I think I've got three.
I'd love:
- some more comments on a few fics not many people read - or at least, not any commented on! Specifically Beautiful Neighbourhood and All American Boy
- any art for any fic I've written.
- a story for any art I've done that doesn't have words to go with it.

I seriously love this art, though the story I want to write won't completely mesh with it, it will fit it.

Honestly I never thought a) anyone would want to, and b) anyone would be bothered about asking if they did want to.

Date: 2016-01-02 05:22 pm (UTC)I wonder how bald writer such as Anne Rice and Diana Gabaldon would be after spending a day with Steven Brust. I love that man, he calls his Dragaera Series fan fiction. Because he loved the world and loved writing it so much he had to keep visiting. (That was one of his interviews, honest.)

Date: 2016-01-02 08:16 pm (UTC)oh I don't know... it depends what you fancy doing really. Flight of the Condor might be fun, but that's a J2; or if you prefer SPN maybe Breaking the Laws of Thermodynamics which has a few old SPN characters to play with; or in you fancied an Impala fic there's Let me take you there...
I'd be thrilled whatever!

Date: 2016-01-02 09:02 pm (UTC)HOW TO CHOOSE?? Your Breaking the Laws of Thermodynamics link doesn't work, but I'm honestly happy doing whatever. I do love my mecha and precise lines, tho, haha, so I'm kinda leaning toward the Impala one. Maybe? Just at a glance. I'm gonna need to dig into these more thoroughly and I'll email you later on. <3
