Soooo my final prompt got picked up as a pinch hit by the lovelykeep_waking_up - thanks for stepping into the breach, it was a pleasure to work with you again! Not least because your story gave me a chance to create something that involved drawing one of my favourite ancient Greek bronzes - by Jove yes! Isn't that beard just magnificent? LOL
This was the prompt that sparked the story
Drawn and coloured in Photoshop, lighting and textures added in GIMP. The wings came from a picture I found doing a Google searchand apologies I can't now remember the source. Yay! Found it again - it's Raven etching by Marina Terauds
Then I drew Zeus, because I just had to. Here he is, all golden. All done in Photoshop.
And here the banner is taking shape:
A couple of dividers, just changed the lighting.
Here's the eagle detail from the divider
And finally I had a play and made an alternative banner
I admit, I stole these feathers from a google image search because I was feeling lazy - slapped wrist, Byrne. Credit goes to frozenphoenix for this design. I coloured and flipped and stretched it around a bit.

Edited to say - found it! Or at least found it on Pintrest and it has the artist's name on it so I've amended my post to add the credit. Thanks for the prompting!
