AH! Stargate Atlantis; they lost me when they killed Beckett and Weir. I confess, I was a bit of a Shepherd and Weir shipper, or at the very least, the UST between them, the eye-sex, it was all just so yummy. And dammit, I liked that she was a strong leader who was flawed, and that Shepherd stuck by her side regardless. *sigh* So at the end of season 3, I checked out.

Firefly was AWESOME! I'm watching Castle now BECAUSE of Nathan Fillion. He's just amazing. If you're not watching it and you like Fillion, you should be watching Castle. Last year's Halloween episode, he dressed up as Brown Coat for a party!!!! FUNNIEST EP EVER! and a definite shout-out to the fans of Firefly.

Alias Smith and Jones; duuuuude, I adooooooooooored that show. I bawled like a baby for weeks when Pete Duel died. That show was really coming into its own too. I've actually found some pretty stellar fanfic for this one. Read it for the nostalgia it gave me, not to mention I'm a bit of a fan of western's anyway, that might be what attracted me to Firefly too. Oh, and I read an interview that Jensen gave once, a few years ago, how he'd love to do a western .... OMG I WOULD ABSOLUTELY DIE IF HE DID!!!! LIKE!!! HIM ON A HORSE????? *swoons ant the thought*

I am constantly amazed by the synchronicity of the SPN fandom, though I don't really know why I should be - when you read people's profiles we usually get at least 80% matches on likes...
I was desperately in love with Pete Duel as Hannibal Heyes, he was my first love - bad boy with humour, tight pants and a cheeky grin, I was totally gutted to find out he was dead before I started watching the show round my Grans.

I have watched a bit of Castle and need to download some more I think (or buy the DVDs) as Nathan Fillion is aging very nicey, thank you very much..
Oh and have you read Gaelicspirit's time travel fic with Cowboy Sam & Dean - if not that might satisfy a craving or two while waiting for Jensen to pull the strings on the CW.... :D
