Hero's Journey - SDminibang art post

Fic Masterpost: The Hero’s Journey by
keep_waking_up
Summary: After Sam’s wall breaks, Dean ventures into his mind, to try to bring him back before it’s too late. There, he encounters seven different Jungian archetypes that completely shift Dean’s view of his brother… and himself.
I did a banner that I ended up not liking very much...but I suppose it's ok, it does the job... Go read the fic, click on the banner!

Of course, having the 7 archetypes meant I had to have a go at drawing them all, right?
Effectively these are spoilers for the story so be warned:
The Sage

The Trickster

The Father

The Mother

The Maiden

The Child

The Hero

The End

I was pleased with how Mary turned out, not entirely happy with the rest. I drew each character in pencil first then coloured them in my trial version of Photoshop - apart from Dean which was a picture I'd done a while ago in GIMP and reused and coloured here. The backgrounds for each divider was done in GIMP, because I still haven't worked out how to copy reference pics into the various layers in PS!
