Drabble madness - Light Side of the Moon

Had a bit of a mad five minutes and wrote a surfeit of drabbles this week. Not sure if I am going to post them all on FF.net - four seems a bit excessive.
So anyway, I thought I might as well put 'em here.  So - drabble number one.

The Light Side of the Moon

No spoilers here….just some giddy/excited/joyful/almost childish Dean… well sort of.

“Is this the moon?”

 

Giggle. 

“Is this the moon, Sammy?”

 

Sigh. Eye-roll.

“No, Dean, this isn’t the moon.”

 

A small puzzled silence.

 

“So why’m I floating then?”

Another patient Sam-sigh.

“You aren’t floating, Dean. You were injured and you’re in hospital.”

.

.

Hazel eyes glint mischievously from under heavy lowered lids. 
Clearly his brother thinks Sam doesn’t notice he’s peeking.

“S’m?”

“Yes?”

“Y’know that y’weight on the moon is only a sixth of Earth’s, dontcha.  So, must be there, see?”

Waves his arms wildly, tangling IVs and overturning the water by his bed.

 

“M’flying, Sammy – look, no angels!”
