Wacom tablet practice #2 - Castiel in exile

So I just wasted spent a couple of hours playing with my tablet again - more overdrawing and pseudo-painting in lots of layers all slapped over a nice photo courtesy of my friend Natty.  Et voila, here is a lonely Castiel, probably in Purgatory.



I could get addicted to this digital drawing malarkey!  This ain't anything special, but it's a lot of fun. This one was using GIMP rather than Sai.  The reference photo I used was one of Misha I took at either A8 or JIB, can't remember which off hand.

Love it! Especially love the expression on his face. I haven't worked with tablets for what feels like ten years, but this definitely looks good.
