I hadn't realised I'd done a quicky_bang for majestic_duxk before, but there you go. Must be something about your style that appeals!

Fic title: the best things in life are free
Summary: There are a lot of aspects of humanity that are beyond Castiel's comprehension. But one particular aspect he CAN understand the appeal of. He finds out about the Free Hug Campaign and fully embraces it (and everyone he encounters).

I can safely say this fic works a LOT better than the art! Go read and have a chuckle.

Bonus behind the scenes stuff:

You wouldn't believe how much I struggled with Dean's face on this one! Well actually maybe you would when you look at it! LOL
But anyway. I started in pencil

This was version 3 for Dean, I'd had two other goes, neither of which worked either, but by this stage I'd had enough, so this was going to have to do.
Then I inked it with a brown Pigma Micron pen.

Scanned it then coloured it digitally.

I see that you fought with Dean, but this is a delightful piece with each one of them offering hugs in their own fitting style (beeeeeeeeeeeees:) Their hair looks especially great (bonuspoints for all the sideburns!) and I love you did their noses *boops them* Oh and the layers on Dean and the plaid on Sam (oh my, he is a big boy, isn't he). Cool WIP, cool result, yay!
