For International Women's Day - let a man speak

This speech is fantastic. I feel like every man in the world should have to sit down and listen to this. The world needs more men like Justin, and my hubby. Men with intelligence, self awareness and sensitivity.

I have to admit that although I've been watching Justin playing Rafael in Jane the Virgin for the last 3.5 years, I didn't know anything about him as a person until I watched this... and I'm glad I did :).

He is lovely and his words are so needed. Have you seen his we are man enough series? There's just 3 eps, supposed to be a 4th one which hasn't been posted yet I don't think. But it's very interesting to hear men talk so openly and honestly.
