Had a free health check in the shopping centre today:

• Height - 1.56m (I'm having that extra half inch, thank you - 5 ft 1 1/2")


• Weight - *mumble 11st 14 / 76kg*


• BMI - a bit over at 31.52


• Systolic BP - 122


• Diastolic BP - 82


• Pulse rate - 77


• Pulse rhythm normal


• Total cholesterol - 5.34


• HDL (good) cholesterol - 1.45


• HDL ratio - 3.7


• HBAIC (blood glucose) - 31

Basically I'm tickety boo. Overweight and should do more excercise, but nothing I didn't know. But handily, because this health check was a promotional NHS one, not the regular one done at the GP's surgery (which does the same things but would have required an appointment), I came out with a free cloth shopping bag, a free pen and ten free vouchers for swims at Crown Pools. Score!
