Meme and a LJ question

The meme was stolen from just about everyone, and as LJ is being totally weird at the moment, I can't tag anyone anyhow. Which is my question - is anyone else having problems posting and editing? Once I've posted I can't go back and edit because the visual editor view comes up empty even though the HTML code is still showing.

1. What season did you start watching supernatural?
   I think the first season I watched live was Season 4. It had been on UK TV before that, but I thought it was horror, and I don’t do horror. Plus Channel 4 kept moving the times around so I never got into it then. I can’t remember why how or why, but somehow I got hold of seasons 1-3 and binge-watched them all, just in time for Season 4 starting.

2. Who was the first character you fell in love with?
   Dean, right from the Pilot. He had that mix of bravado, real bravery and a deep-seated vulnerability that just hooked me straight away. Plus Jensen is drop-dead gorgeous.

3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love?
   I don’t think there’s been any character I’ve hated. There’s been some I disliked who I then warmed to after a while, and some I thought were ok to start with then ended up fed up of them (like Cas). But hate is too strong a word.

4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with?
   None of them. I can’t actually imagine a single character who is long term relationship material!

5. If you could go on just one date with one character, which one would you choose?
   Honestly, I can’t imagine going on a date with any of them – something in me is vehemently opposed to self-inserting myself into their story (or vice versa!).

6. What would you do on the date?
   Anywhere we go is liable to turn into a monster blood bath so – no thanks!

7. Which character would you most like to see brought back from the dead?
   So many! Frank, Kevin, Sarah Blake… but top of my list would be Death.

8. Which character would you most like to punch?
   I’d rather punch the naff writers.

9. Who is your absolute favorite character?
   Dean. Always. But Dean’s heart is Sam, so they can’t be separated.

10. Which “big bad” do you think was the worst?
    Ha! It depends. If worst means the least effective, I’d go for Season 12 BMoL slash Lucifer. If worst means the most evil, then I loved Alastair, Azazel and Lucifer when he was inside Sam’s head.

11. Which character are you most like?
    How about Frank Devereaux? He was reclusive, and irascible enough to be me, though I’m no techie.

12. What death hit you the hardest?
    Probably the one that hit Dean the hardest.  Sam in All Hell Breaks Loose.

13. What season finale hit you the hardest?
    The most shocking is still Devil’s Trap. Back then nobody had come back from the dead and anything could happen.

14. What are your ten all-time favorite episodes?
    I’m with everyone else here – 10 is so hard!

15. What’s been your favorite season?
    I always used to say Season 4, so let’s not over think it. I’ll stick with that.

16. Who is your favorite angel?
    Gabriel.

17. Who’s your favorite demon?
    Meg.

18. Who’s your favorite evil character?
    A toss up between Azazel and Alastair, though Zachariah was pretty awesome.

19. Do you have any supernatural ships?
    Sam/Dean, and though I don’t do Het, I do have a soft spot for Dean/Donna

20. Who’s your favorite supporting actor?
    Only one? Julian Richings, Richard Speight, Rob? Don’t make me choose.

21. What’s your favorite quote from the show?
    Too hard, there are too many.

22. If you could cast one famous actor in an episode of spn, who would you chose?
    Ooh how about Tom Ellis? That could be quite amusing, having another Lucifer in SPN.

23. If you could write your own episode, what kind of creature would you like to see included?
    A sphinx would be cool. Though I’d really love to see Dean encounter some faeries again.

24. Who’s your favorite girl that Dean’s hooked up with?
    Lisa. I think she really understood him.

25. Who’s your favorite girl that Sam’s hooked up with?
    Sarah Blake

26. What are some of your favorite convention moments?
    The Railway Story told by Gen. And Rich, and Rob, and Jared, and even Jensen… And there are hundreds more! Nearly every minute of every convention I’ve been to or seen online has made me smile.

27. If you were going to guest star (or be a recurring guest star) on spn, how would you want your character described?
    A white Missouri.

28. What do you hope to see in the next season?
    Plenty of Sam and Dean teasing each other and fighting together and shirtless.

This was a fun read.

I can't say I am having issues with the editing, as I only use the HTML side. (Yes, I hand code everything. I'm a nerd.)

The issue I am having is receiving emails. I check LJ a few times a day to check my inbox as I do not get any emails.

I have NO idea why my mind went so blank seeing Jess next to Madison. I htink maybe because Jess was too important to just slip in there like that. Plus if you're setting two Sam girls together, Jess should be up against Sarah Blake.

Yes, true, and it's Jessica in my head too, even if Sam has referred to her as Jess, which is why I 'spose it's easy to miss who they meant.

i was going to say "JESS WAS SAM'S GIRLFRIEND WHO DIED IN THE PILOT!" but other people beat me to it.

faith is still one of my favoritest episodes too. "a young man with an important purpose. a job to do. and it isn't finished." and hallucifer was great. zachariah was my favorite angel, tho, because he was such a dick. i never liked the angels&demons, heaven&hell storyline, but i always loved that the angels were assholes in business suits who had their own agenda and were using humans to further their own ends just like demons were. it was so different from the kinds of angels i was used to seeing on tv, and kurt fuller did smarmy so well.

I can't believe my mind went SO utterly blank over Jess's name! I love Jess and Sam!

Kurt Fuller totally rocked. Zach was a great, great character. They never managed to get that level of smarminess again, sadly.
