They're insane if they think most people will pay that much money, for non professional use.

I mean, I originally went to the site thinking I'd pay for a year, but when I saw the amount they asked, ...
I don't even pay that much to use my Photoshop for a year for crying out loud.

IKR? I don't know what they are thinking. They had the site chock-a-block with adverts anyway, and now this - i think they will lose a huge number of users and regret this decision if they persist.
