Inktober Day 10 - jump

amberdreamsSomewhat predictable, maybe? Especially after going through a pile of old schoolbooks this morning. Horses used to be one of my staple doodles.
And no SPN flavour today!
Because I'm a bit more organised today you get a preview/closeup:
before the whole little drawing (bear in mind this is bigger than the real thing which is only 6"x4"):
I thought I'd try some washes this time, so this one is using a brush tip pen then a bit of water on a paintbrush. the lighting effect was the sun through the window and I liked it so didn't bother repositioning the pic for another photo.
Fear not, dear flisties, though I'm posting very day I'm not expecting people to keep up with this Inktober thing. I'm not sure I'll keep up either! One thing it is doing - scaring me with how quickly this month is going!
