Done a Sam half and half to go with my Dean for my Sam/Dean Minibang. The story is here.
I couldn't find such a high res photo of Sam to play with but this one came out reasonably well.  If a little bit more freaky than Dean's!!  I think sam could have done with a wig with a longer fringe (ok, ok, bangs to you from the USA).

I thought it was a nice touch that you didn't 'shop out his beauty spot!

I actually had to darken it to make it more visible as I think they'd put more make up over his face in real life than I did in the photoshopping! LOL
