Summary:  After Sin City, Sam and Dean take a case on a cruise to the Carribean, thinking it’s going to be a bit of light relief from trying to figure a way out of Dean’s deal.  Even the fact that they have to masquerade as drag queens to blend in with the convention on board the cruise ship doesn’t put Sam off.  But the case turns out more complicated than they expected, the monster they are hunting is an ancient being who is hungry for life and has set its sights on Dean.
There’s angst, first time sex, and Winchesters in drag.  What more could you want?

Authors note: Thanks to my two excellent betas dragonlit and keep_waking_up for all your help and advice, hopefully I’ve got rid of all the errors you spotted and only introduced a minimum of new ones!  I did actually do some research and the New York drag queen outfitters I mention does actually exist (though they don't sell shoes...). I've never been inside so all of that is pure fantasy - I hope the proprietors of Planet Pepper won't mind me using them as inspiration for those scenes.

I really enjoyed this delightful story. I'm generally not into the boys cross dressing but loved the idea of them posing as flamboyant drag performers. Especially the thought of Sam absolutely towering in those boots.

You did such a great job with the details of the drag outfits, the mood of the cruise ship, and the mystery the Winchesters were trying to solve. And nothing made me happier than Sam's solution to release the god's hold on Dean. <3

I've had so many pleasant surprises reading fics I haven't been entirely sure I'd enjoy so I'll give anything a chance. If I really don't like it, I can always stop reading, but there have been so many delightful discoveries like your story here that I'd miss a lot if I was too rigid (just like Dean would have when he discovered the truth about Raquel). :D
