Playing with Dean

A while ago I did this drawing of Dean from Abandon All Hope.

So I thought I'd have a go at colouring it in GIMP. Twice.  You can see 'em large on Photobucket by clicking on the pics.  (If it works).



Dark or orange?

So I don't know - original, or coloured in?  Darker or more fiery?

The original, definitely. Excellent job, hon! Jensen signed the original copy? What was his reaction? I know the guys are usually impressed when they see artwork done of them, at least I know Jared is. When I saw Jared in Boston last year, I gave him a portrait a friend of mine created of him and Gen on their wedding day, and he was in complete awe. It was very satisfying! I hope Jensen was impressed. I know he should be!

All of them are wonderful! But i think I like the dark version most. I really love how strong the contrast gets and I think that especially the combination of brown(ish) and grey(ish) colors give a very interesting and unsettling impression.
