Well I've claimed a prompt and nobody else claimed it first so ..... oeer.  I think I might have bitten off more than I can chew (or draw) but well, what's the point if there is no challenges in life, eh?
Now I await the draft and contact with my poor unsuspecting author...hope they are not too disappointed!

Thank you, I think I will need some pep talks as I am already panicking about the one I picked - it is a little bit more fantastical than I am used to! Having said that, you would probably approve of the theme.... Nuff said.

I'm not sure what we can say about our claims but other people seem to be ok with info like it's about superheroes so I think I am ok to tell you - it's got dragons...!
Which is why I am now thinking this was a mistake LOL!

I have already started researching for source materials but have no idea what happens next. I'd better check the rules again I suppose!! :D

Lemme see if I remember how it was last year... I got in contact with my artist, and after we exchanged a couple of mails, I send her my rough draft for the story. There is a limit time for artists to hear from their authors (and vice verse), but after that it's a partnership as any other and the two of you set the rules :))

I got a last minute waiting list ticket so am now going (squeeing!) - my hubby thinks I am totally crazy as we have not long got back from Jus in Bello but....
