Art for casestory fic by lastabernathy.  It's a kind of fusion world where people have Dark Material-like daemons, there is Dresden-like magic and the worlds of Supernatural and Law & Order: Criminal Intent collide.

The main picture - featuring Castiel, Bobby Goren and Alex Eames from Criminal Intent and OFC Lily Zhang.  (I used the beautiful Zhang Ziyi as my model for Lily).

and a little fun with some of the daemons - a jackalope, hawk and the wonderfully named resplendent quetzal.

Sources - mostly photo refs from a google image search. I used a nice arcane symbols brush but sadly I can't remember where I found that one (brushking.com perhaps?).  Drawn in GIMP

This is gorgeous! I especially love Lily and all of the daemons. But I think my favorite part is the font you used and all the filters / brushes and THE COLORING....
