Sammy Big Bang Art Masterpost #1

sammybigbang. This one is for meangreenlimabean's five times minibang Smile because it Happened.
I had originally thought to do a picture for each of the five scenes, but of course I ran out of time.
The theme I ran with was to focus on hands - mostly Sam's, but in the last picture, Dean's.
