Both my authors for this challenge were real darlings and a pleasure to work with. The first of two dark bangs, and the first of two art masterposts today, so apologies for bombarding you with stuff!
The links to the story by the lovely Babybluecas will be coming later today HERE.

The art for this scene is kind of spoilery for the story, but it's also where this Season 6 dark AU kicks off so...under a cut but will be in the summary.

Processwise, there's not much to tell, other than this final piece is done with fineliners, brush and watered ink, and a touch of watercolour for the red. On reflection, I should probably have erased the blue pencil lines.
I did like the idea of the juxtaposition of a decorative, illustrative style with a horrific subject matter.
The main part for me was finding the right references for the body positions, which I did by manipping some photos and making up the rest which I couldn't find refs that were right. Especially Jensen's face - that was a combination of a screencap from Live Free & Twihard and my imagination.
Pencil sketch came first, then outlining thusly

then it was just a matter of deciding when to stop with the shadows, and to go for that diagonal division of light and dark.
I'd done an earlier concept sketch based on the scene in the episode where Dean almost bites Lisa, but ended up hating it, so that got scrapped in favour of a more dramatic take!
So now all that remains is for y'all to go and see what could have happened if Dean had fed after he was turned...
