Aye, I'm with you there. I've never been so immersed in something before - not Lord of the Rings (which I read until my copy fell apart and then stuck it together read more times than I can count), not Alias Smith and Jones that I wrote fanfic for without knowing it was fanfic, nothing compares to this show.

Game of Thrones - ah indeed. I loved the first 4 books from when they were first published then he started annoying the hell out of me, and I haven't really forgiven him. That's rather impaired my getting into the show, though I watched and enjoyed Season 7.
