Inktober Day 17 Graceful.

I thought about Anna and her grace, and took the opportunity to watch Season 4 Episode 10 again. Oh Season 4, how I love thee still.

I failed to capture that devasted look on Dean's face but hey ho. I tried to be bold and didn't sketch it out in pencil first.
Here's the first sketch before I started with the washes and the colours and the details.

I like the reds, and Anna is still one of my fave angels. Julie Niven is a stunning-looking woman.

I think you've captured Dean's expression, with the way his eyes are almost closed and his brow furrowed. Season 4 remains my favourite, too! :)

Aw thanks - Jensen in that scene managed to convey so much emotion without a single word and hardly moving his face. He's a directors dream, I reckon. Just zoom in on that gorgeous mug and wham. The scene's in the bag.

Oh my life, that is absolutely stunning, the colour of Anna's hair is just gorgeous, and wow, brave, not sketching it out first! Go you. I think you did capture a part of the devastated look, there's something in the set of Dean's lips that speaks of heartbreak.
