amberdreamsIsn't miscellaneous a lovely word? Anyhow, my mini knight has arrived. He seems to be made out of ceramic and is eminently breakable as well as rather small. Painting a mock up of my design is definitely going to be challenging!
And Mum posted a photo of her garden looking flipping glorious in it's autumn colours, so I thought I'd share it with you chaps. Here you have it, a typical English country garden. Except it's in a town, but whatever.
The pic is taken from her computer room and the garden reaches as far as those big trees in the distance, past that trellis on the left hand side. It's ridiculously long and she does a fine job with it. At eighty two this year I think it's (as they say in Suffolk) hella impressive.
