No worries; I like spreading out the celebration! Silly to tell someone off for being early; even if it was a cultural norm for me, I think I'd refuse to go there. :-P And I do that kind of thing at the end of every year on LJ: schedule things for 11 and a half months in the past instead of a week or two in the future. So yeah. A day early is great. PLUS TRICYCLEMAN, yaay!

OCD note: I can't bear that I made my least-favorite grammar error in my original comment, and now I can't edit it because it has responses!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I do not use the wrong "it's"! Indulge me and pretend you can't see that apostrophe, everyone. :-P
