amberdreams | Nine Season Countdown to Season 10

I have a problem from now onwards really - just not the same enthusiasm for each season as a whole - mainly because I still don't think the showrunners/writers had a real plan for each season as a whole from here on in.
So maybe I'll just wallow in some of the pretty, and throw in a few of the things I really did like.
Mmm yum. Robo!Sam and his pointy sideburns. Some loved 'em, some hated 'em - me, I like the way they accentuate Sam's sharp edges.

Character-wise, I am fond of Sam without a soul, and I really liked how they dealt with this. Giving him a life of his own and feelings about being a different person, so that when it came to re-souling Sam, I really did feel that they were terminating his Souless self. Kudos to Jared for creating enough differences that I actually felt sympathy for RoboSam.
Of course, the boys are right to look at Crowley like this - be wary, Winchesters..

'Pala is still a star and SPN can still put together awesome exterior scenes.

Mind you, they have used that warehouse before.
Sam isn't impressed by Dean's close encounter.

I still love SPN's interior set designers too

Classic brother shots without the bother of brotherly bonds still look fab (plus - green cooler!)

Ok ok, it isn't without it's merits. Season 6 did give us many classic moments - cowboys!

So they also gave us the French Mistake, the Campbells (wasted), RUFUS!! (I fecking love Rufus), some more manic evil angels, Balthazar who sat on the fence and a season finale I can't actually remember off-hand so... I guess Season 6 leaves me a bit like this
