Self Promotion Meme

I think that many of us like talking about and linking to our work but are embarrassed to do so without excuse, so I am making us an excuse. Behold, the Seven Days of Self-Promotion Meme, inspired by another recent meme but with more categories, all obviously customizable as you see fit. Notice that the categories are very broad, so you can talk about your art or vids or meta or whatever if you don't write fic.
The Days:
1. Something old
2. Something new
3. Something you made for someone else
4. Something you made just for yourself
5. Something for a major fandom/pairing/character
6. Something for a minor fandom/pairing/character
7. Something you're just really proud of
And then other people can read your discussion and follow your links to your fanworks (and maybe comment on them?) and you can read their discussion and follow their links and comment on them, and it will all be lovely.
Starting with - 1. Something old
Fanfic
I thought I'd point to my first 'proper' fanfic, Waiting for Armageddon, which I haven't posted here or on AO3, it only exists on fanfiction.net. It's my first longer story, after writing weekly drabbles for the E/O Challenge over there. It's Gen, and a case fic, and unbeta'd so is doubtless full of untold errors. I haven't read it for ages so have no idea how it holds up now, if anyone wants to bother reading it and telling me, I'd be fascinated to know! [Edited to add - I just read the first few 'chapters' and um. I really could have used a beta. Nuff said].
Fanart
This is harder, a lot of my old stuff is pretty naff and I'm not sure I want to draw attention to it! Ha ha ha!
This is an early one that isn't too bad, I suppose - inspired by gretazreta's wonderful fic The Accompanist, which I must re-read soon, I think. I started trying digital art in 2010 and faffed and flailed about, slowing improving on that before I dared delve back into my art drawer and dig out my pencils. Which, you know, I'm still experimenting with!
