Both the banner sketch and the prompt actually came from an exercise in my sketchbooking class, where we were looking at how a picture's mood or message can be changed by moving objects around and altering perspectives.

Yes, yes, so evocative--one just has to know more--what happened to him? How'd he get there, how did (Dean) find him? What happens next? Amazing how emotionally evocative art can be.

That first one is so moving, he looks so broken and dejected, then seeing the prompt that someone cut all his hair off was even more moving. Beautiful artwork, I can't wait to read the fic.

Aw, that would be a very sad meme! I made Sam cut his hair in my story Brothel Boy as an act of remorse and it was so hard to write!
