Drawesome - Challenge 8 - Non dominant hand

Challenge 8 is to try doing some art using your non dominant hand.

I don't think I've tried drawing left handed since I was at school so this was interesting!
Especially as I forgot that using the left hand I should have started the picture on the right and worked across, instead of on the left - which meant I spent most of the time trying to lift my hand to avoid smudging the damn thing!

It's supposed to be Captain America. The other interesting thing, apart from how wobbly my hand is, drawing lines, is how basically I made the same errors I do with my right hand. His face is still too long and thin... It was actually easier to control the pencil when I held it on its side more.

Oh my goodness, that is really good! You have great control with your non-dominant hand, especially with subtle shading. Very nice!

There's a funny common perception especially in things like... crime media that doing stuff with your non-dominant hand will be completely different and unrecognizably yours from using your dominant hand, but from my experience... my handwriting is the same, just... squigglier, and so is my art hah. I guess since that part is about perception/expression and style, it's really more housed in your brain than your hand.

This is neat though, I had a hard time using the side of the pencil, oddly, hah, but it turned out good for you!

Wow, despite the left handedness (I can't do that to save my life!) it's not bad at all. I know the face is a little to elongated, but not by much, the nose makes it very recognisable!!
