In between being completely blown away by the outpouring of kindness over on the ♥ LOVE MEME ♥ - this Fandom, my flisties, so much love and gratitude for you all, seriously - I've written a nice little miserable drabble to bring everyone's spirits back down to earth again. Ha ha ha!

Have a hundred words of Demon!Dean.

Being Human Demon.


What am I?

He wants to weep, but of course he doesn’t. Partly because he’s Dean fucking Winchester (or was?), partly because he’s afraid if he tries, he might find that he can’t.

Who am I?

He blinks but mirror shows him a blackness that doesn’t go away. He wants to care but he can’t. Perhaps caring isn’t in him any more, burned away by the Blade. He doesn’t want to test that theory because the one emotion he's certain of is fear.

Where am I?

A question he can answer, though it isn’t one he likes.

Not with Sam.
