Jensen sketch and other things

Started painting my Cambridge cow this morning. It wasn't too bad in terms of temperature out in the garage, I wore thermals and fleeces and survived just fine, but it's pretty dirty in there, and I kept getting bits of dust and tiny fragments of dead leaves stuck on the wet paint because I had to work with the garage door open for the light. So that's a nuisance and I don't know what I can do about it. I hadn't noticed it being a problem last time I used their garage for the bee and the giraffe - maybe it's because I'm using lighter colours at the moment, for this base coat.
I was going to do a time lapse series but realised my camera battery was too low, so just took a couple of pics.

She has her castors on, which was fun to do on my own (had to prop her up on a couple of bricks LOL) and since I took this photo she now has trousers and gumboots. Tomorrow I should be able to get her shirt done, and then decide what to tackle next. The parrot, perhaps?

I also need to get a stool or something to sit on because my knees were killing me!

The light got bad rather early, so I packed up before 1pm and then spent the afternoon watching Supernatural and drawing Jensen.

When I mentioned my LJ friends to my RL friends, I always say how talented they are--writers and artists, and I always mention your fun animals. They amuse me so much!
