1. Snowy mountains (no shelter, please)
2. Dean (additional option: Castiel)
3. Penetrating wound



No refs so the boys don't look much like themselves though I can promise, Dean does have freckles.  And that is supposed to be a firebird feather Sam's holding...

Oh and I could claim this as a fill for hc_bingo, hypothermia...
