I haven't managed to finish my own spn_joystick fill, but at least I did finish this one for sw0rdy 's most excellent re-visioning of Five Nights at Freddy's...Hence the banner!

A bit of a departure from my usual style!
The second piece - a scene from the fic (not really very spoilery) is back to a more conventional AMB style though. It's a bit messy because *wails disconsolately* I miss PaintTool Sai SO MUCH! And I didn't have time to make this look better using PS.

But anyhow, here's a close up of Dean - not so happy with his face but ran out of time to fix him

and one of Sam

and Sam's hands because I was pleased with them, messy or not. I actually liked the messy in this instance.

Sadly I am not getting sponsored by Apple for this product placement...

But you really *should* be! I adore that close up of Sam's hands, his long fingers! Lovely! I know you said you weren't happy with these but I think they're excellent, they're certainly gorgeously formed and they *look* like the boys, I'm loving their eyes and lips here too!

I really like the textures you used on the animals in the banner, the bear looks awesome :)
The darker green and blue type lighting on the boys is great, very moody and nighttime. Also love their expressions and hands <33
And I think Apply should throw you a few bucks!

Wouldn't it be nice to get a bit of dosh for some product placement! Sadly, these big corporations are more likely to sue me for breech of trademark use. Some big company has made Redbubble take down my Say No to Destiny design and I've looked them up and have NO idea why they think it's their copyright/trademark. But there's nothing I can do to contest it. Sucks.

Fabulous banner! I particularly like the contrast between the children's book illustration style of the art and the decidedly psychotic expressions of the animals themselves. That baby chick (duck?) is SCARY.

Fresh from reading the fic, and I wanted to drop by and tell you how awesome the art is. The creepy animals are so perfect *shivers* and I loved the image of Sam and Dean and how you captured their physical separation as they talk things through.

Eyelashes, freckles, HANDS, mole! I love EVERYTHING! All the details, like Dean's boots with the raised heel he always wears on the show. Sam's worried expression and yes, yes, even though I already mentioned them...HANDS! Love it :)
