I found this website http://makeagif.com/ - it's so easy to use. Well apart from once you've chosen a speed you can't edit the gif to make it faster or slower so you have to start all over again, plus you can only upload 20 images to form your gif out of. Though it allows you to make 'em from video, something I haven't tried yet.
