spnartistswap - artings II
The theme this week was DEMON POSSESSION / ANGEL ENVESSELMENT
You can find all the magnificent artings HERE and HERE at
spnartistswap,
I was given this cool Samifer sketch by Nadia to work from.

I toyed with the idea of doing Samifer in the process of dying, impaled on Michael's sword, but then decided to go with something simpler.
Teaser:

Samifer was drawn and coloured in GIMP, using that photo of Jared in a wifebeater (gulp) as a reference for his face and a still from The End for the suit.
This is the sketch I submitted this time - a Dean as Michael, Sam as Lucifer idea. You can see what
lylithj2 did with it here - she totally turned it around and made it moving and beautiful.

Which I subsequently expanded, and combined with my submission for last week's road trip theme, for which I did the Impala in the rain.

Details

I know it doesn't look much like Jensen/Dean, that's because I didn't use a reference. I copied Jensen's pose (nothing else) from a fantasy art pic I found on a google search www.roses-fantasy.de
This is pencil on paper, photographed and fiddled with in GIMP. The highlighting was added in GIMP.
