A first attempt at a picture to go with Zat's great story - may have to try again as this one didn't seem to have room for Kathleen Hudak (Hell Yeah) which is a real omission that needs to be rectified....

Also it is the wrong shape to be a book cover so that's another excuse to go back and play some more, isn't it!

LOL. I'm supposed to be writing something about how diet affects stroke risk and now all I can think of is Dean Winchester... dripping wet... low-slung towel... a mental image which is definitely raising my stroke risk right now.

Mmm, like that picture of Jensen in the towel with the rugby ball (sorry US football)...not wet but as good as...
