Weekend sunshine
Went for a gentle windswept walk on Sunday - the sunshine was lovely!
A bit hard to see, but left to right you have the modern port with giant container ships, leading round to WW2 fortifications and the Napoleonic fort, a little journey through nearly 3 centuries. There was a fort there earlier than 1744 but there's nothing left to see of that in the photo.

Here's a mini pic spam of the point.
Not a church, just more WW2 fortifications with a decorative seagull.

Loved this weathered wood

The point part of Landguard Point

A sandy bit

My end of walk reward - yummy
