I know a woman who had surgery to remove her last rips so her waist can be smaller. That is what I call dumb, since it's really dangerous (rips are supposed to protect lungs, among other things). So yeah, in my opinion the natural look is always more beautiful. But who knows what makes these people do it *shakes head*
