Even the fact that they have to masquerade as drag queens to blend in with the convention on board the cruise ship doesn’t put Sam off. But the case turns out more complicated than they expected, the monster they are hunting is an ancient being who is hungry for life and has set its sights on Dean.
There’s angst, first time sex, and Winchesters in drag. What more could you want?

They’ve even gone beyond will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I’m sixty four… It’s a good job Dean still remembers about happy endings.
Could be read as a prequel to An Ordinary Death.
